BNL created PianoPensione with this objective, and with this mission Arsenale23 created the digital tool for calculating your pension, with an innovative interface and functional simplicity that made it immediate and suitable for a wider target. The educational approach of PianoPensione was enhanced with the creation of an ad hoc website, a campaign in all BNL branches and the creation of a digital character, “Carletto, the perfect pensioner”.
