Chief Creative Officer & Founder
He has been leading the creative departments of international advertising agencies such as McCANN-ERICKSON and GREY WORLDWIDE for over 15 years. He has constructed stories that have made the history of many brands: he has written slogans such as RAI. DI TUTTO, DI PIU’, he has worked with directors like SPIKE LEE and BRIAN SINGER and has won several awards including a GOLD LION at the Cannes International Festival of Creativity and 50 euros with a scratch lottery ticket from an A2 motorway Autogrill. He was the head of RAI 1 for three years, dealing with entertainment and the development of new TV formats. In 2007 he conceived Arsenale23 with Ernesto Faraco.
Managing Director & Founder
He directed AxisAssociati, his own digital production and post-production company, for 20 years. He has made hundreds of TV programs, themes, program promos, films, documentaries, short films, commercials and viral videos. He has sailed in many seas: TELECOM’s VOD with Stream, the French digital channels MCM and MUZZIK, the first Italian private teleport for satellite transmissions with GLOBECAST-France Telecom, the direct web reproductions of big events (Progetto Italia, Universiadi), and the creation of web TV such as THETIMETV, the production and post-production management of KATAWEB, the digital start-up of REPUBBLICA TV. He has always been a passionate sailor: he also has an international Yachtmaster Ocean qualification. In 2007 he conceived Arsenale23 with Antonio Maccario.
Cross-media Video Director & Partner
For several years he was the production manager of the journalistic agency Italia where he began to fall in love with video editing. He then became a freelance film editor, working for numerous TV programs, feature films, documentaries and commercials. He joined AxisAssociati 1992 as director and video editor for the most important RAI promos, collaborating with artists such as PIPPO BAUDO, MASSIMO RANIERI and LILLO&GREG. He has been a partner of Arsenale23 since 2007, where he is the undisputed cross-media manager of audio-video content. His favourite dish, as he confesses whenever he has to recover a password, is pizza.
Project Manager & Partner
He studied photography at IED and was a static image professional for a few years before broadening his aims to also deal with video post-production at Bluedit: he immediately made friends with Quantel Edit Box and Autodesk Flame, and became a VFX Artist and SFX Supervisor for the creation of major brands’ commercials, including TIM, AGIP, LANCIA, FERRARELLE, JAGUAR, LAND ROVER, SWIFFER, BIM, RAI, MEDIASET, LA7, FOX and JETIX. Life became complicated in 2005 when he became a unit manager at Square Post Production, and decidedly so in 2009 when he joined Arsenale23 as a Post Production Manager, then becoming Project Manager and a partner.
His nickname is Black&Decker, because he works like a percussion drill and hates not meeting deadlines.
Financial Director & Partner
She earned her degree in Psychology, perhaps with the foresight that one day she would have to work with the unstable souls of creative people. She has nourished herself with substance and audio-visual content since the early 80s as a programmer-director and producer at RAI, then in 1996 she broadened her diet to become a partner and video-production manager of AxisAssociati, and has been one of the founding partners of Arsenale23 since 2007. She is beloved by banks, customers and suppliers, because she never loses sight of even a penny.
